This is how it's done.

A roof is mostly the parts you never see. Here's the whole job — old to new — with real photos from Texas Contractors jobsites across the Rio Grande Valley.

Inspection
We get up on the roof — and send a drone over it — to see exactly what's going on. No guessing from the ground.

Project plan
We walk you through what we found, the scope of work, the materials, and the next steps — in plain language.

Tear-off
Where the old roof needs to come off, we strip it down and clear the deck so nothing gets buried under new shingles.

Decking & repairs
With the roof exposed, we inspect the decking and framing and address anything rotted or damaged before we build back up.

Underlayment & water protection
This is the part you never see once the roof is done — the synthetic underlayment and water protection that actually keep the water out.

Roof installation
Our crews install the roofing system itself — laid the way the manufacturer intends, course by course.

Details, flashing & finishing
The details are where roofs succeed or fail — flashing, penetrations and the finishing work that seal everything up.

Cleanup & final review
We clean the jobsite — including a magnetic sweep for nails — and walk the finished roof so you know it was done right.
